
Safaa’a joined Erevena in 2021 as Head of People. She is responsible for overseeing and continuously evolving core People functions, including onboarding and induction programmes, learning and development, performance management, and the implementation of corporate policies and procedures. She also plays a key role in driving initiatives that support an inclusive and high performing culture. With a strong focus on employee experience, Safaa’a ensures that people strategies are aligned with business objectives. Her work spans talent development, employee engagement, and building scalable people processes that support growth across international teams.
Prior to joining Erevena, Safaa’a worked as a People and Culture Partner at a global Salesforce consultancy, where she supported employee populations across EMEA and Canada. In this role, she gained extensive experience in managing cross regional employee relations while advising leadership on people matters.
She holds a BA in Business Management and brings a commercially minded, people centric approach to building strong, effective organisations
