Leigh Carey

Leigh joined Erevena in 2022, where she specialises in fintech across both B2C and B2B markets. She leads senior searches for venture capital, private equity, and publicly listed growth companies, with a particular focus on C-level Product, Engineering, and Data leadership roles.

She has partnered with a number of leading venture firms, including Atomico, Accel, Index Ventures, GV, and Balderton Capital. Her private equity experience includes working with growth investors such as Vitruvian Partners, Inflexion, and Livingbridge, alongside supporting publicly listed businesses undergoing innovation and transformation.

Prior to joining Erevena, Leigh was part of the Founders Forum Group, where she specialised in Product and Engineering leadership searches across Europe’s high-growth technology ecosystem. She began her career at Leathwaite, focusing on CHRO mandates within Financial Services.

Leigh holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Law from Dublin Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in International Business from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
