Lee-Roy Fredericks

Lee-Roy Fredericks joined Erevena as a Partner in 2024, as part of the B2B Software team. With over a decade of experience in executive search, he has partnered with a wide range of clients, from early-stage investor-backed startups to pre-IPO growth businesses, advising on leadership hiring across Go-To-Market, General Management, and Board-level roles.

Prior to joining Erevena, Lee-Roy was a Director at Founders Keepers, where he specialised in commercial leadership hires. He also spent over eight years at Robert Walters, the FTSE-listed global recruitment firm, where he led part of the Technology division in London after beginning his career in South Africa.

Lee-Roy has led a number of high-impact searches for category-defining AI businesses, including Anthropic, where he has played a pivotal role in building out their international leadership team across the UKI, Southern Europe, and the DACH region. He has also partnered with AI-native companies including Omnea, Sierra AI, and Writer.

His expertise spans sectors, with a particular focus on B2B SaaS and commercially driven leadership roles across sales, marketing, and customer functions.

Lee-Roy holds a Business degree from the University of Durham.
