James is a Partner at Erevena, joining in 2021 to further strengthen the Software teams’ capabilities across EMEA and the US. His core functional expertise is at Clevel across General Management and Go-to-Market functions as well as Board level hiring. He has extensive experience with early-stage businesses aroundFounder transitions and uplevelling senior leadership teams.

Recent clients include: Anthropic (Series G, frontier AI lab) Figma (recently IPO’d, collaborative design platform), Mistral AI (Series C, frontier AI lab), Pelico (Series A, supply chain orchestration platform), Binalyze (Series A, incident response automation platform).

Prior to joining Erevena, James was a Senior Consultant at a global executive search boutique where he delivered mandates across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. His primary focus was on placing C-level individuals into PE and VC backed Software and Technology businesses as well as Partners into Professional Services firms.

James has an MSc in Natural Sciences from University College London.
